Charity Goodwin is an elder in the United Methodist Church. She lives in St. Louis, Missouri and currently serves as the pastor of spiritual formation and groups at The Gathering, a UMC church in St. Louis. She has had experience as a site pastor and a lead pastor.
In addition to her pastoral role in the church, she coaches other pastors and teams or boards/councils. Leadership development, vision casting, ministry start-ups, especially coaching around emotional intelligence, to help people take a more holistic view of transformation, change, and transition.
